In 2008 SALT ROCK are sponsoring us to run three workshop weekends in Pembrokeshire, West Wales for females only. They will be taking part on the following dates;
21-22 June
05-06 July
24-25 August (Bank holiday sun/mon)
The two days are split into 4 sessions. The mornings will start at the beach at 10am and finish at around 12.15pm, then we break for lunch (you will need a packed lunch) and start again at 2pm-4pm. The cost of the weekend is £70 per person (which includes a choice of free hoodie or t-shirt & a Salt Rock 'goody bag') and all equipment is provided by us. .
We would like to thank all the girls who took part in last years workshops and hope you all had as much fun taking part as we did running them. It was great to see so much mutual support and encouragement in this fast growing section of the sport.
